Shipping policy

We endeavour to fulfill your order within 2 to 3 business days of payment. Express Post indicates that the item will be sent via Express Post, but it may still take up to 3 business days to fulfill if we are experiencing a high volume of orders. Unfortunately, as a small, family-owned business, sometimes due to circumstances outside of our control we may be late in fulfilling your order. If it has been more than 5 business days and your order has not yet been fulfilled, please do not hesitate to contact us at [email protected].

We use Australia Post for shipping - shipping times are as per the Australia Post website. All orders come with tracking.
